A former Major League Baseball pitcher with the New York Mets and proud member of Team Puerto Rico in the inaugural 2006 World Baseball Classic, Willie has built a distinguished career both on and off the field. His professional journey includes serving as a pitching coach in the Toronto Blue Jays organization and as NCAA Division I Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Florida International University. An MLBPA Certified Agent, he brings deep expertise in player development, recruiting, professional baseball operations, and athlete mentorship across youth, collegiate, and professional levels. As the founder of Ascend Fastpitch Academy and Homeschool Baseball, Willie is dedicated to creating a comprehensive development environment that emphasizes elite training, leadership, accountability, recruiting guidance, and long-term athlete growth. With more than 20 years of experience, he has helped countless players reach their goals at the collegiate and professional levels.

Elvys is a highly experienced baseball coach and player development specialist with a distinguished career spanning collegiate and professional levels. A former NCAA Division I athlete at Seton Hall University, he also served as a collegiate coach at Manhattan University. At the professional level, Elvys played and coached within the New York Yankees, New York Mets, and Miami Marlins organizations. He is also the co-founder and former Director of The Clubhouse Academy and its high school academy teams in Brooksville, Florida. With over 15 years of hands-on player development experience, Elvys has worked with athletes from the youth level all the way through professional baseball. He specializes in athletic development, skill progression, and long-term player growth, helping athletes maximize their potential at every stage of their careers.

Bayley Williams

BAYLEY WILLIAMS

HITTING DIRECTOR | SPEED & AGILITY

Bayley, a standout left-handed hitter and outfielder, she brings five years of experience from Saint Leo University to help girls develop elite hitting skills and confidence at the plate. During her collegiate career, Bayley started nearly every game in left field for the Lions. She led the team in batting average as a junior with a .328 mark and delivered consistent production throughout her five seasons. A two-time academic honoree on the President’s and SSC Commissioner’s Honor Rolls. Bayley delivers expert, individualized hitting instruction focused on mechanics, pitch recognition, approach, and mental toughness. Players will benefit from her proven experience succeeding against high-level collegiate pitching, her positive and motivational coaching style, and personalized training plans tailored to each athlete’s goals. Passionate about player development, She is dedicated to helping every girl become a more confident, skilled, and passionate hitter.

GEORGE CARROLL

GEORGE CARROLL

George Carroll spent 10 years with the Toronto Blue Jays organization. Two years as a player and eight years as a coach. During his coaching career, he worked with catchers at every level of the game, from youth athletes to Major League players. George served as the Double-A Catching Coach for the Blue Jays and helped develop players such as Gabriel Moreno. He currently works with the CamWood Elite Training Program, where he developed the organization’s catching curriculum. He also operates his own training company, Tampa Bay Catching. George signed with the Blue Jays as an undrafted free agent in 2011 after playing collegiately at Hofstra University and New York Institute of Technology. Known for his attention to detail and player development, George is widely regarded as one of the top catching instructors in the country
